Can I use a gift certificate, gift card or T9 Bucks for a web order?
You can use multiple Title Nine gift cards per order online. Simply enter the gift card number(s) during checkout and the balance will be applied to your order. If the gift card balance doesn't cover the full amount of your order you can use a credit card for the rest.

We are unable to accept paper gift certificates online. If you would like to redeem a paper gift certficate or exchange it for a gift card, give us a jingle at 800-609-0092.

If you have a T9 Bucks card with a number on the back, go ahead and enter that number in the Gift Card field during checkout. If your T9 Bucks certificate doesn't have a number, please complete your order then email us with your order number. We'll apply the T9 Bucks to your order before your card is charged.

Does Title Nine have gift wrap and gift card services?
Yup! You can select gift wrapping for $3 per item. A gift card is included and you will be asked to enter a gift message when you check out. We'll wrap your items in blue tissue, tuck them into a too-beautiful blue box and finish it off with a blue ribbon and our T9 flower sticker.

Can I send gifts to more than one person on a single order?
Yes you can! During checkout, simply choose "Ship items in this order to more than one address". On the next page you will be prompted to enter the addresses you would like to ship to. Once you have all the addresses entered, click Continue to choose which items to send to each address.
