If you are placing your order over the weekend, we'll process your order on the next business day. Sorry, we do not offer Saturday delivery for our expedited delivery services.

Express shipping is not available to Canada or APO/FPO. Orders shipped to Canada must go Canadian UPS.

How will my backorder items ship?
All backordered items will ship Standard Delivery. However, if your entire order is on backorder and you chose an expedited service, the first item will be expedited and the rest will go out Standard Delivery.

After I've placed my order, how long will it take to ship?
We try to ship everything within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day. So, for example: if you're placing a 2-3 day T9 Express order on Friday, it will ship on Monday and be to you on Wednesday. Sorry, we don't offer weekend delivery for our expedited services.
