How does the flat rate shipping work?
As a Team T9 member, all orders are shipped for the low rate of $4.95 regardless of total order value.

My discount isn't showing up, what do I do?
Please make sure you entered your customer number from your Team T9 membership card in the box on the Shopping Basket page prior to checking out. After clicking Submit you should see your discount and special shipping apply. If you are still not seeing your benefits please go ahead and give us a call at 800-609-0092 and we will take your order and fix any problem that is going on with the website.

If you'd like to place an order before you receive your Team T9 membership card we'd be happy to take your order over the phone at 800.609.0092 and apply your benefits for you. You can also give us a jingle to get your membership number before your card arrives if you prefer to shop via our website. It takes about 24 hours for us to activate your membership for use on our website.
