Web Producer

We're looking for a go-getter, self-starting Web Producer. This position is responsible for the coding (and troubleshooting) of all email marketing campaigns, website homepages, landing pages, gateways and other website collateral. Also responsible for executing seasonal product launches, periodic offers, graphic manipulation and batch image processing. The WP will work within the Title Nine website's E-Commerce platform (Marketlive) to create source codes, manage customer groups, implement graphic assets and manage products uploads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead and implement product and creative launches according to production schedule.
  • HTML coding for all email campaigns, homepages, landing pages, and other website collateral.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
  • Knowledge of how to employ the jQuery library for visual effects, event handling and document manipulation. Knowledge of programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery.
  • Manage processing of product images in Adobe Photoshop
  • Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies
  • Managing customer groups, displays, discounts and offers, web pricing, website content and source codes in the Marketlive E-Commerce platform

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • 3+ years experience in web production and content management
  • Strong technical web production skills; including HTML and XML
  • Fluency in Java, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP
  • Experience managing product in an E-Commerce platform
  • Capable Photoshop user with batch image processing ability
  • Strong interdepartmental skills
  • Must be able to work independently within constrained timelines and turnaround times
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage time with competing priorities

Art Director

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Art Director to provide leave coverage over the next few months.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and direct the design and layout of Title Nine catalog pages and covers
  • Conceptualize and execute designs to support the company's business, merchandising, and branding objectives
  • Art Direct product photography in studio that is high quality, and consistent with the Title Nine brand
  • Research and recommend seasonal studio backgrounds and props

Requirements:

  • Top notch design and layout skills
  • Prior catalog or magazine art direction experience
  • Experience in off-figure, tabletop photography, women's apparel and accessories a plus
  • Must have passion for typography and photography
  • Fluency in Adobe CS5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) in a Mac environment
  • Prior experience in dynamic, fast- paced creative environment

Web Analyst (Google Analytics and Omniture)

We are adding a brand new position to our growing team- Web Analyst (Google Analytics & Omniture).This position is responsible for reporting on T9 E-commerce website and digital marketing campaigns.

What you will do in this job:

  • Pull daily and weekly sales, campaign, and merchandise reports from our web analytics platforms (Omniture, GA)
  • Deliver reporting of key metrics to ecommerce and other marketing managers (email, online, catalog, retail
  • Monitor and report on daily and weekly sales vs. projections from our multi-channel marketing database
  • Run and deliver reports from multiple platforms (SQL, Access, Omniture and Google Analytics) to drive our e-commerce and marketing department analysis.
  • Promotion execution - create source codes coordinating with IT and when applicable TMS (overflow call center), testing, and altering any pricing when applicable (in the product database or in OMS).
  • Provide database reporting support for other departments including merchandising, retail stores, finance, etc.
  • Work closely with web team to analyze usability and key site traffic funnels to identify how customers navigate, identify process bottlenecks, improve site navigation, increase customer satisfaction, optimize conversions, and reduce transaction abandonment.
  • Perform UAT for tasks that involve data flow and validation, for example, data flow validation for custom merchandising projects.
  • Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations and validation for online marketing activities.
  • Work closely with Web Merchant to define and manage test segments and success metrics like button clicked or increased conversion. Execute Test campaigns. Validate data captured working with vendors and internal partners.

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • 2- 3 yrs website analytics reporting (e.g. Omniture and Google Analytics)
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables & charts, dashboard building, formulas, charts)

Inventory Planner

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planner to join our Inventory Control team.

Are you a data geek with enough personality and pizzazz to walk into a room and talk numbers with the best of them? If so, you're probably an analytical dynamo who just so happens to understand demand vs. sales. You're the person who sees the perfect tipping point in Inventory Planning: managing the art and science of margin. Are you able to stay calm when your world tilts 180 degrees and not get discouraged? Barriers don't slow you down and you love navigating unknown territories of metrics and numbers. Sound good? If so, read on. This could be the job for you.

What you will do in this role:

  • Plan and execute pre-season purchase orders down to the color and size detail across multiple categories, to achieve sales goals for our private label and bra businesses, in both our Direct and Retail sales channels
  • Manage in-season reforecast based on selling trends and revise purchase orders accordingly, down to the color and size detail across all our selling channels
  • Insure on time delivery of all purchase orders, partnering with our shipping consolidator managing shipping and customs
  • Maintain product costing accuracy within our inventory control systems
  • Work with Accounting to manage vendor invoices and payment as well as forecast cash flow
  • Partner closely with Merchants and Product Development on the planning and execution of T9 product and bras
  • Create strong working relationships with all product development and bra vendors
  • Support specialized retail store assortments by season
  • Special projects, analysis and reporting assignments as needed

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years apparel industry inventory buying and planning

Distribution Center Supervisor

Our evolving Distribution Center needs a broadminded, motivated leader with an eye for detail and dedicated initiative towards quick product turn-around. Our warehouse is growing from a manual, paper-based management style to fast-paced, electronic management systems using RF guns and advanced warehousing software.

What you will do in the role:

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 diverse, multi-talented individuals.
  • Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work plans and pace, discussing and implementing modifications as necessary to meet goals.
  • Direct and oversee productivity and processing strategies and employee training and development.
  • Work with internal and external departmental leaders to support labor and data needs with exceptional customer service being the primary motivator.

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Be open to rapidly adjusting priorities and motivated to accommodate versatile strategies to respond to such changes.
  • Communicate plans, goals and expectations to team members with the goal of driving engagement and enthusiasm, providing corrective guidance when necessary.
  • Delegate as well as participate with all levels of departmental tasks when/where necessary.
  • Communicate effectively through multiple avenues (e-mail, phone, personal interaction) with DC managers and inter-departmentally to update and coordinate efforts towards goals.
  • Team leadership experience (ex., athletic team captaincy and/or work-related project lead)
  • Computer savvy, both with internet and Excel. Powerhouse experience a plus.
  • General warehousing experience is required, familiarity with Shipping and/or Receiving will be useful.
  • Goal completion-driven, but able to maintain sense of humor under pressure.

Basic requirements include:

  • Be able to lift 40lbs.
  • Be able to move around in high and low areas using step ladders and stools.
  • Sit at a desk for extended amounts of time.
  • Be able to push and pull utility carts and pallet jacks.

Material Handler Associate

We are on the lookout for a Material Handler Associate that works out of our Distribution Center at Ford Point in Richmond. The Material Handler Associate position is responsible for processing and overall movement of goods throughout our Title Nine DC.

What you will do in this job:

  • Load and unload goods and supplies and ensuring proper handling of the same.
  • Maintain quality in the warehouse and keep track of all damaged inventory and report the same to the supervising authorities.
  • Proper picking, packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks and Picking Carts
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory and managing daily log registers.
  • Work in accord with all safety regulations of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate work with fellow workers and other team members.
  • Pull merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves.
  • Use a hand-held radio frequency computer system.
  • Record selected merchandise in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Package Merchandise for shipment, either in boxes or on pallets.
  • Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed.
  • Replenish area inventory stock as required
  • Frequent lifting, twisting, bending up to 50 lbs continuously.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Accurately use basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Read and interpret RF Device to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Read and interpret electronic numerical display.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures and guidelines within the DC.
  • Overtime and some weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • Work in a warehouse setting and possess the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Returns Processors

We are on the lookout for folks to join our awesome Returns department that works out of our Distribution Center at Ford Point in Richmond.

The Returns Department is a large, dynamic, diverse group of women and men working together to evaluate and prepare bulk mail returns sent to our Distribution Center for appropriate resell placement, process customer refunds and exchanges, as well as play an active role in identifying return-to-vendor defects.

The role of a Processor is fundamentally a customer service position -- processors must be extremely motivated to provide excellent customer service in order to apply Title Nine's unique Returns Policy. Not only do we work hard to process a customer's return quickly, but we expect to take the time needed to make sure we have also provided her a quality experience that helps to reinforce our customer-company relationship.

A Processor's primary responsibilities are quality and metric-measured:

  • to evaluate and prepare returned product to condition appropriate categories,
  • to accurately apply credit or charges to customer returns,
  • process exchange requests
  • other tasks as needed

Necessary skills for the successful Processor include:

  • being customer satisfaction driven
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English via phone and email
  • comfortable using the internet

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Mill Valley, CA and Portland, OR stores!

Assistant Managers work 30-35 hours/week and must be able to work weekends.
