Analyze historical sales performance and use as a tool in making merchandising strategy
Responsible for vendor selection, negotiation, product management and most importantly, ongoing vendor relationship building
Drive the color palette, print selection and print development process as a unique way of differentiating T9 within the market
As a senior leader, actively engages with your network to develop a pipeline of potential candidates across the organization
Act as an initiator and manager of change throughout T9
Work closely with the Inventory leader to manage each inventory buy, turn and cash flow
Work closely with the Creative and E-commerce leaders to develop Creative and E-commerce assets that drive both the business and the brand

We are looking for an Apparel Design Intern for a 6 month internship to join our busy Merchandising team. The position may develop into an Assistant Designer position, depending upon department needs. What you will do in this job:
Manage all style sketches for each season
Manage seasonal binders of sketches, BOM's, etc
Build presentation CADs and manage seasonal wall
Build CAD books in InDesign and keep up-to-date
Track all designer updates and handle presentation CAD updates
Handle all sketch updates as needed
Handle any new style CAD work as needed

Payroll and Benefits Administrator (leave coverage)
We are on the lookout for a hands-on, experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to provide temporary leave coverage for several months. This role will play an important role on the Accounting team while closely partnering with our Conditioning and Performance/HR team. We are looking for a team player with a strong ability to multi-task and work effectively with all organizational levels.
Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry
Process and review all payroll related interfaces
Create pay data batches, verify and reconcile wages and hours from various applications; calculate time cards when needed
Monitor timely receipt of payroll required information from all locations
System maintenance, including, but not limited to, new hire setup, tax form processing, local taxes, timekeeping input, direct deposit setup, benefits setup, terminations, garnishments processing and employee verifications of employment
Calculate and process off-cycle manual checks
Process new hires, leaves of absence, and terminations according to state law
Produce audit reports, audit registers, and special ad hoc reports
Process stop payments and reversals
Assist locations with time and attendance entries
Conduct research and analysis to assist the department supervisor and/or manager with special projects
Assist in special projects like government census completion, validation of earnings for compensation projects, W-2 auditing, workers compensation and 401(k) audits
Maintain close relationships with retail managers, department managers, district managers, and assistant managers; assist them with payroll inquiries
Interpret payroll policies and procedures to company employees of all levels.
