Director of eCommerce

We are looking for a leader to evolve our marketing strategy and take a Web First approach to customer engagement and sales. We are looking for a strong manager to maintain and enhance the Title Nine brand online, improve our customers' eCommerce experience and drive our online revenues and customer acquisition. This position will work inter-departmentally to ensure all aspects of web marketing, merchandising and operational execution happen successfully.

Primary responsibilities include leading and developing the eCommerce marketing team and driving online sales, improving the Title Nine eCommerce experience and expanding our brand exposure in the online marketplace. This position will manage and develop all online marketing campaigns. This position will partner with the Director of Digital Technology to ensure our site technology and features are current, properly maintained, flexible and maintained on budget.

Job Specifics:

  • Develop and execute Title Nine eCommerce marketing strategy by leveraging our multi-channel environment
  • Oversee both development and execution of eCommerce initiatives to support Company focus of Web first
  • Manage internal team and outside vendors who execute our email, search, and other online marketing programs
  • Lead, coach and develop eCommerce team of 5
  • Develop a compelling shopping experience to increase customer online sales, new customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and conversion

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Proven experience in building and managing eCommerce marketing programs: including email, SEO/SEM, online display advertising and portal/mobile apps.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the "big picture" to team members.
  • Minimum 5 years' current experience in eCommerce marketing for a national retailer strongly preferred
  • Experience in managing teams through fast paced, changing dynamic environments

Accessories and Retail Merchandiser

We're looking for an Accessories and Retail Merchant to join our growing Merchandising team. Do you have a favorite pair of running capris that has the perfect pocket so you have to have them in every color? If you love to play sports and you love to shop, this could be your job.

What you will do in this job:

  • Deliver on sales, margin, product return and product quality goals for key product categories — which include Accessories and Shoes
  • Identify emerging trends that offer points of differentiation within our product assortment
  • Responsible for branded Accessory and Shoe vendors selection, negotiation and product management, but most importantly, the building of deep and meaningful branded vendor relationships
  • Work with Creative team to ensure accuracy of photo, copy, product code and pricing for Accessories and Shoes in upcoming catalogs and web descriptions
  • Execute on a seasonal calendar that ensures the team meets critical deadlines
  • Constantly use merchandise reports to analyze your business looking at selling metrics, price point analysis, category analysis and inventory
  • Build Retail seasonal assortment strategies and select product assortment for our stores that drive the Title Nine business and define our brand.
  • Create seasonal line plans, including target style and color counts for retail stores including footwear, accessories and apparel
  • Identify store-specific needs, including Accessories and Apparel, that may not be covered by the direct channel assortment to ensure a well-rounded visual presentation
  • Communicate seasonal big ideas and help brainstorm POS needs for future seasons with retail team and visual merchandiser
  • Participate in visual planning meetings as well as floor sets and feature changes each season
  • Work hand in hand with inventory planning to help identify current-season needs and action plans throughout the year
  • Stay closely connected with direct channel apparel buyers throughout the product creation and selection process to help identify retail needs

  • Instinct and passion for great performance product along with a strong track record of selecting and developing winning performance product
  • 3+ years' merchandising experience — performance apparel in the outdoor industry preferred
  • Visual merchandising experience and time spent on the retail floor

Inventory Planner (Retail/Direct to Consumer)

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team.

You're the person who sees the perfect tipping point in Inventory Planning: managing the art and science of margin. What you will do in this role:

  • Work alongside our Merchandising team to get the best possible product for our customer and have it delivered on time
  • Plan and execute pre-season analysis, forecasting and purchase orders down to the color and size detail across multiple categories, to achieve sales goals, in both our Direct and Retail sales channels
  • Manage in-season reforecast based on selling trends and revise purchase orders accordingly, down to the color and size detail across all our selling channels
  • Insure on time delivery of all purchase orders, partnering with our shipping consolidator managing shipping and customs
  • Maintain product costing accuracy within our inventory planning systems
  • Work with Accounting to manage vendor invoices and payment as well as forecast cash flow
  • Create strong working relationships with all vendors
  • Participate in Product Assorting for 23 retail stores and support specialized retail store assortments by season
  • Special projects, analysis and reporting assignments as needed

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of apparel industry inventory buying and planning

Apparel Design Intern

We are looking for an Apparel Design Intern to join our busy Merchandising team. What you will do in this job:

AD Work:

  • Manage all style sketches for each season
  • Manage seasonal binders of sketches, BOM's, etc
  • Build presentation CADs and manage seasonal wall
  • Build CAD books in InDesign and keep up-to-date
  • Track all designer updates and handle presentation CAD updates
  • Handle all sketch updates as needed
  • Handle any new style CAD work as needed

Color Work:

  • Make sure all CADs are prepped for color, including defined layers, trims, callouts
  • Assist Design team in building seasonal color palettes, both digital and physical
  • Manage digital and physical color palettes, including any additions and drops and keep Merch and PD teams up-to-
  • date on current palettes
  • Work closely with Design team to color up seasonal line and handle changes and updates
  • Enter labdip info onto labdip document and update as needed throughout season

Materials:

  • Assist in building and maintaining seasonal materials brief
  • Build and maintain seasonal fabric board
  • Build and maintain trim page in Adobe Illustrator

Fit Sessions:

  • Attend fit sessions with designers and Senior Merchant
  • Take and maintain design notes in seasonal binder

Inspiration & Presentation:

  • Help manage and prep samples and protos for line reviews

Retail Distribution Analyst

We are looking for fun individual with some retail experience, ideally in Stores and/or Inventory Distribution. We are on the lookout for a Retail Distribution Analyst who will face the challenge of making sure our awesome stores have the right product at just the right time. It's a tricky balance of not too much and not too little to ensure the store stock on hand can support sales. This role will translate overall assortment and buy plans into how we distribute and allocate merchandise to the stores. Another important part of the role is analyzing and adjusting store inventory distribution plans to maximize sales and profit.

What you will do in the role:

  • Develop distribution strategies and utilize CW to maximize in stock position.
  • Translate assortment and buy plans into distribution parameters.
  • Analyze stock to sales and adjust store parameters to increase or decrease product flow.
  • Distribute initial order and replenishment to stores.
  • Work with visual floor set to insure in stock and presentation quantity by location.
  • Recommend to Planner and merchant distribution strategies to maximize business.
  • Monitor and resolve inventory control issues with on hand accuracy and data integrity.
  • Insure stores maintain appropriate in stock services levels weeks on hand.
  • Create and update store groups to support distribution strategy.
  • Create weekly stock/sales reporting.
  • Communication Liaison for retail store managers and teams at the Doyle main offices.
  • Projects as assigned.

Distribution Center Supervisor

Our evolving Distribution Center needs a broadminded, motivated leader with an eye for detail and dedicated initiative towards quick product turn-around. Our warehouse is growing from a manual, paper-based management style to fast-paced, electronic management systems using RF guns and advanced warehousing software.

What you will do in the role:

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 diverse, multi-talented individuals.
  • Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work plans and pace, discussing and implementing modifications as necessary to meet goals.
  • Direct and oversee productivity and processing strategies and employee training and development.
  • Work with internal and external departmental leaders to support labor and data needs with exceptional customer service being the primary motivator.

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Be open to rapidly adjusting priorities and motivated to accommodate versatile strategies to respond to such changes.
  • Communicate plans, goals and expectations to team members with the goal of driving engagement and enthusiasm, providing corrective guidance when necessary.
  • Delegate as well as participate with all levels of departmental tasks when/where necessary.
  • Communicate effectively through multiple avenues (e-mail, phone, personal interaction) with DC managers and inter-departmentally to update and coordinate efforts towards goals.
  • Team leadership experience (ex., athletic team captaincy and/or work-related project lead)
  • Computer savvy, both with internet and Excel. Powerhouse experience a plus.
  • General warehousing experience is required, familiarity with Shipping and/or Receiving will be useful.
  • Goal completion-driven, but able to maintain sense of humor under pressure.

Basic requirements include:

  • Be able to lift 40lbs.
  • Be able to move around in high and low areas using step ladders and stools.
  • Sit at a desk for extended amounts of time.
  • Be able to push and pull utility carts and pallet jacks.
