Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director who is willing to first learn, and then further build and evolve, our deeply personal take on brand and brand building. This position leads an in-house team of 9 as well as a group of freelance photographers, designers, copywriters and stylists. You and your team will oversee our brand at every customer touch point from print to Pinterest, retail to web and every place in between.

This position is one that is equal parts team-building, business-building and brand-building. Yes, it requires a strong understanding of both the art and science of brand-building. But, you must also be willing and able to break from "the accepted wisdom" in order to create a singular and personal brand experience. Job Specifics:

  • Develop a strategy whereby we can maintain a consistently personal brand while continuing to grow our business
  • Recruit, hire, train and mentor highly creative individuals to support our growing business
  • Ensure a consistent brand and creative voice and experience across all channels
  • Ensure that the brand and creative voiced are aligned behind our business and sales goals
  • Oversee concepting & execution of all print and digital materials including: websites, emails, catalogs, retail signage, company communication materials, product labels & hang tags, logos and color palette
  • Work as part of the senior management team to set overall business objectives and allocation of resources
  • Oversee all photography- in studio and on location
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring of models, photographers and other freelance talent
  • Oversee copy process from concepting through execution
  • Analyze historical sales performance and other available marketing & merchandising metrics and use as a tool in creative strategy
  • Responsible for vendor selection, negotiation & ongoing vendor relationship building
  • Develop and meet the creative budget
  • Work closely with the merchandising leader to develop creative assets that drive both the business and the brand

  • Proven experience as a leader who can attract, develop and mentor highly talented team players who support Title Nine brand and growth

Art Director

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Art Director to help drive the creative direction of our catalogs. If you want to evolve and grow with a dynamic company with great product, we'd like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and direct the design and layout of Title Nine catalog pages and covers
  • Conceptualize and execute designs to support the company's business, merchandising, and branding objectives
  • Art Direct product photography in studio that is high quality, and consistent with the Title Nine brand
  • Research and recommend seasonal studio backgrounds and props

Requirements:

  • Top notch design and layout skills
  • Prior catalog or magazine art direction experience
  • Experience in off-figure, tabletop photography, women's apparel and accessories a plus
  • Must have passion for typography and photography
  • Fluency in Adobe CS5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) in a Mac environment

Distribution and Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced, people-oriented Distribution and Logistics Manager to oversee our busy Distribution Center.

This position requires hands-on leadership in a busy distribution center/warehouse environment with emphasis on customer service, team building and ownership. This person is responsible for overseeing all daily Warehouse Operations in addition to managing projects of medium to large scope and complexity. This position will act as the logistics liaison with Customer Service, Planning and Marketing. This is a process-driven, detail-oriented management position requiring a can-do attitude, motivational leadership and stellar interpersonal communication skills.

What you will do in this job:

  • Oversee entire warehouse flow including receiving, pick & pack, returns processing, and order fulfillment.
  • Inspire and motivate, performance managing and training team members on departmental and company goals and procedures.
  • Participate in employee hiring, performance review and development activities.
  • Oversee product flow from manufacturers (with purchasing) including receiving process, communications and warehouse organization.
  • Supervise the coordination of logistics (TL, LTL and UPS/small package).
  • Actively participate in annual inventory management with Finance and Operations and on-going cycle counting. Balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee development/relations. Identify and obtain needed resources and skills for assigned projects from cross departmental teams.
  • Obtain commitment to the plan from sponsors and team members.
  • Participate in development of user-training plan and strategy.
  • In partnership with warehouse leadership, re-allocate/manage resources, modify schedules and task assignments as necessary to meet goals.
  • Communicate risks to management, sponsors and vendors and develop and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Determine the impact on current/existing technologies and communicate impact.
  • Make recommendations on existing system products that could address requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate.
  • Evaluate alternative operational efficiencies/business process change.

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • Customer service focused, with high quality standards.
  • 7+ years distribution center, logistics, or warehouse experience required including 2+ years management experience.
  • Experience with supply chain systems implementations and go-lives required.
  • Hands-on experience with CommercialWare and PkMS or equivalents a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Management and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of making reliable decisions
  • Excellent planning & organization skills
  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
  • Enjoys coaching/mentoring and conflict management/negotiation

Web Merchant

We are looking for an experienced Web Merchant to join our growing E-Commerce team.

What you will do in this role:

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Merchant team to agree on the season's seasonal strategies & product direction, fabrications and key items for designated categories to meet financial targets
  • Work with Creative and Merchant teams to acquire assets or develop assets for web in order to improve display of products on site; including images, product copy, and critical product specs
  • Use site analytics and financial reporting analysis to develop merchandising strategies for assigned categories and suggest merchandising strategies to increase conversion & maximize sales
  • Keep abreast of customer reviews and advocates for assets that 'answer' or respond to customer feedback
  • Work with user experience on special projects related to operational improvements, site partnerships and comprehensive testing strategy
  • Lead pre and post launch QA with web projection team. Execute product and content updates, edits and changes as needed
  • Drive merchandising for assigned categories based on top ranking products, historical sales data and analytics
  • Manage all incoming requests for web product information or image updates. Perform updates and delegate requests to appropriate team members as needed
  • Manage cross-sell/product recommendations for designated categories in Certona recommendations
  • Measure success of cross-sell/product recommendations by category conversion and analytics data
  • Manage the day-to-day management of on-site search from reporting to managing redirects and poor search results. Work with User Experience on any custom project needs or special landing pages.
  • Manage email merchandising and assist with page creation for all Title Nine and Bounce email

IT/Network Administrator

Title Nine is on the hunt for a talented Network Administrator to support our growing multi-channel business. This position is responsible for installation, management, maintenance and capacity planning for network and desktop computing. A key part of the role is identifying business requirements; installing upgrades and monitoring system performance.
