How does my company become a T9k Expo vendor?
Send an email to t9k@titlenine.com telling us about your company and product and we’ll let you know if your product or service is a good fit. We'll get you information and begin the discussion! Please know that our Expo vendors need to offer samples or perform a service.

When does early registration end?
Early registration rates end on Sunday, March 30 at midnight MDT. Registration fees go up beginning March 31.

Can I register on site the day of the race?
Nope. Sorry, there is no race day registration.

What if I register and then become injured or am unable to attend the race?
Your race entry fee is non-refundable. However, you can sign-up for race insurance through Active. You pay the $7 fee and apply with the insurance company for a refund in case you get ill or injured. Read through the details when you register to see if this option is right for you. The insurance is a third party company and so you communicate directly with them, not Title Nine.

Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
You CAN transfer your registration but only up until a certain deadline: April 13. There is an additional $10 fee for this. You take care of this through your registration number so make sure you hang on to all of your information! After the above deadline, the registration is non-transferable.

If I can't make it, can I get my race packet?
If you know you won’t make it on race day, you or a trusted person can pick up your race goods at the place you chose during regular packet pick-up times. We do not send packets out. Also, we will not keep any left-over packets after the race starts, so please come get it during PPU week or even on race morning, before 9am.

How do I pick up my packet?
Early Packet Pick-Up: Highly recommended! If you specify a store pick-up when you register, you can grab your race number, goodie bag, and race shirt at that particular store beginning Wednesday, May 7th through the end of the day on Saturday, May 10th. If you registered to pick-up your packet at a specific store, then that's where you need to pick it up! However, if you just can't make it to the store by Saturday, don't you worry: we'll bring your packet with us to the Boulder Reservoir on Sunday morning and you can get it there from 7:00am to 8:30am.

Directions to the stores can be found on our store web pages:
      Boulder
      Cherry Creek
      Colorado Springs

If you just can't make it to one of the stores, you can register to pick up your race number and goodie bag at the Boulder Reservoir on race day from 7:00am to 8:30am. Note: In order to get in-store packet pick-up, you need to register by midnight May 3rd.

Are there parking fees at Boulder Reservoir?
Participants and spectators who arrive before 9:00am are not charged to enter the gates. If your fan club arrives after that time, they will be charged $5 per car to get in. Please arrive early!

Can I bring my dog?
No, sorry but the Boulder Reservoir does not allow dogs. Keep your little buddy at home and not in the car! It gets too hot for your pal and Boulder Police have the right to remove your dog. If we see your dog on the property, we will ask that you take it back to your vehicle. We are sorry we need to be firm on this, but kindly be considerate of these regulations! Thanks.

Can someone else pick up my race packet on my behalf?
If you trust 'em, we trust 'em.

Can my little one ride her tricycle or bike on the course while I run?
No trikes, bikes or dogs are permitted on the race course. We want to keep the event safe for everyone.

Can I wear headphones?
If you want to rock out to your own tunes, by all means, wear your headphones. Please be aware of the course marshal directions and of other runners around you. Keep the volume low enough to hear any instructions, especially at the beginning of the race. Thanks for being a considerate runner!

If you have any questions shoot us an email at t9k@titlenine.com. See you there!
