"Hi, this can be an all-season bra for runners. It is absolutely marvelous in the summer month, and also very good for the winter. As for the fit of the bra-- it fits excellent, however, the size runs a bit large, my advice is go for a size smaller. This bra nicely encapsulates the breast, looks very feminine, yet is highly functional. It holds, controls, all that without the smashed-look that most other high-impact bras display.
