Huge help for a nursing mom of twins

"I have 9-month old twins, whom I'm still nursing. It was difficult getting back into an exercise routine, especially because I was so sleep-deprived, but the main issue I was having was pain when I jogged. The girls are just OUT OF CONTROL! There are days I don't know what to do with them :) I found myself holding my breasts while I jogged to help with the painful bouncing. Luckily, I run on a treadmill in my home, not outside where people can see me. A "Mothers of Multiples" group I'm a member of suggested Title Nine and I ordered The Frog Bra.
