"You can't really tell it from the pictures or the description, but this is a very substantial, technical little jacket. It's very warm. The exterior fabric has a nice sheen to it, and the lining is thick and toasty. It doesn't seem to mind water too much. I suspect that I could make it through much of a North Carolina "winter" in this. It is also what you can tell from the pictures and description -- cute, well cut and flattering. If they made a jacket in these materials, only somewhat longer and styled for wearing to work, I would never need another coat!"
