"As a 34 DD/DDD(depending of the bra), I always lacked support. No sports bra seems to last very long when you are thin but heavy breasted, but this one is great for all day support at work(finally no back & neck pain), works for hiking, cross country ski, weight lifting and light exercise. However aerobic activity w/ bouncing requires a more of a "masher", I suppose. Hopefully this helps someone decide. I will stay with this as my everyday bra, but am still searching for the "grail""

"I didn't like this bra as it has a major flaw. The seams irritate the skin, especially the seam that runs over the front of the breast. Not a good place for a seam! Fabric and color are very good, the design...not so much."
