"My favorite jacket for late fall, moderate winter and early spring. Not heavy enough for brutal winters but perfect for the moderately cold weather. The jacket can be packed down to the size of a softball which is really convenient for those outings when you aren't quite sure of what Mother Nature has in store. The only negative thing is the sleeves are on the short side. I ordered a size up to get the sleeves long enough. I have two of whisper down jackets one with hood one without. Each year ISIS comes out with another color that tempts me but I figure two is enough."
