What is Title Nine's Return & Exchange Policy?
Changed your mind? Need another size? Most gear purchased at TitleNine.com or a Title Nine retail store can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
- Bought it online? You’ve got 60 days from the Ship Date.
- Bought it in a T9 store? You’ve got 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Scored it at the Outlet? Outlet items (prices ending in $.99) can be returned within 30 days of the Ship Date.
- Final Sale means final. Items with prices ending in $.97 can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards: Keep ’em, spend ’em, gift ’em—but they can’t be returned.
Making a swap? Exchange the same item for a different size or color and exchange shipping is on us.
Want something completely different? Choose store credit instead of a refund and your return ships free. Then use your credit toward whatever adventure comes next.
Sending it back for a refund? If you use our FedEx return label, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund:
- 1–2 items: $7.50
- 3+ items: $9.00
- Tax may apply
How can I check the status of my return?
If you used our prepaid return label to return your purchase to Title Nine, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the progress of your return package back to us.
If you opted to use your own method of return shipping, hold on to the carrier’s tracking number to track the progress of your return package back to us.
Can I return an Outlet item?
Most of ’em. You’ve got 30 days from the Ship Date to send Outlet items back. Outlet prices end in $.99.
The exception? Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive your return and process it at our warehouse. It may take another week for your refund to appear on your credit card.
How do I return my gift order?
To return your gift, include the order number, your name, your email address, and your contact information inside the package. Then using your own postage, mail it back to:

Can I return an item I purchased on TitleNine.com at a Title Nine retail store?
Yes, you can return an item you purchased on our website at one of our retail store locations. Find your nearest Title Nine store here.
Products with pricing ending in .97 are final sale and not eligible for return.
Does Title Nine offer exchanges?
You betcha! And it’s easy.

Bought it in a T9 store? Bring it on back. Stop by any Title Nine store and our crew will help you with your return or exchange.
Can't make it to a store? No problem. If you have your order # and email address from your store receipt, start your return online and use a Title Nine return label to send it back our way. Or, you can send it back to us yourself at:

Can I return a Title Nine item that I bought from a store or website other than Title Nine?
When you buy directly from us, you’ve got 60 days to put your new gear to the test. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase send it back for a refund. No questions asked. However, this guarantee does not apply to purchases made through other retailers. We recommend you contact the retailer directly for return instructions.
