What is Title Nine’s Return Policy?

  • Items purchased at titlenine.com can be returned within 60 days from the Ship Date.

  • Items purchased at a Title Nine retail store can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items purchased at the Title Nine Outlet (titlenine.com/outlet) must be returned within 30 days from the Ship Date to qualify for a refund. Outlet items have prices ending in $.99.

  • When using a Title Nine return label, the following amount will be deducted from your refund:

  • $7.50 for return of 1 - 2 items

  • $9.00 for return of 3 or more items

  • Tax may apply

How can I check on the status of my return?

If you used our prepaid return label to return your purchase to Title Nine, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the progress of your return package back to us.

If you opted to use your own method of return shipping, your refund will process within 2-3 weeks from the time you mailed your package back.

Can I return an Outlet item?

Yes. Items purchased at the Title Nine Outlet (titlenine.com/outlet) are returnable, but must be returned within 30 days from the Ship Date to qualify for a refund. Outlet items have prices ending in $.99.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund is underway. You’ll then see your refund on your credit card account within 1-2 weeks from the time your return has been processed.

How do I return my gift order?

To return your gift, include the order number, your name, your email address, and your contact information inside the package. Then using your own postage, mail it back to:

Can I return an item I purchased on TitleNine.com at a Title Nine store location?

Yes, you can return an item you purchased on our website at one of our retail store locations. Find your nearest Title Nine store locations.

Does Title Nine offer exchanges?

While we do not offer direct exchanges you can use our Return Portal to generate a return label for any purchase made on our website and then place a new order whenever you're ready. For help with fit, sizing, or styling, head to our Contact Us page to speak with our Customer Service team.

How do I return an item that I purchased at a Title Nine store?

For items purchased at any Title Nine store location*, we ask that you also return those items at a Title Nine store. If you are unable to go to a store, please take your package to your local post office and mail it back to:

*Our Boise store does not accept or process any returns, this includes returns from retail purchases as well as returns from web orders.

Can I return a Title Nine item that I bought from a store or website other than Title Nine?

When you buy directly from us, you’ve got 60 days to put your new gear to the test. If aren’t 100% happy with your purchase send it back for a refund. No questions asked. However, this guarantee does not apply to purchases made through other retailers. We recommend you contact the retailer directly for return instructions.
