What is Title Nine’s Return Policy?

  • Items purchased at titlenine.com can be returned within 1 year from the Ship Date.

  • Items purchased at the Title Nine Outlet (titlenine.com/outlet) must be returned within 30 days from the Ship Date to qualify for a refund. Outlet items have prices ending in $.99.

  • Masks are non-returnable.

Yes. Items purchased at the Title Nine Outlet (titlenine.com/outlet) are returnable, but must be returned within 30 days from the Ship Date to qualify for a refund. Outlet items have prices ending in $.99.

How do I return an item?

Just click below and follow instructions to create a return label and packing invoice.

When using a Title Nine return label, the following amount will be deducted from your refund:

  • $7.50 for return of 1 - 2 items

  • $9.00 for return of 3 or more items

How can I check on the status of my return?

If you used our pre-printed return label to return your purchase to Title Nine, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the progress of your return package back to us.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund is underway. You’ll then see your refund on your credit card account within 1-2 weeks from the time your return has been processed.

Can I return a Title Nine item that I received as a gift?

Yes! If you received a gift and need to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll help you find the right fit, color, and item.

How do I return an item that I purchased at a Title Nine store location?

For items purchased at any Title Nine store location, we ask that you also return those items at a Title Nine store. For further assistance, please contact customer service.

Can I return a Title Nine item that I bought from a store or website other than Title Nine?

When you buy directly from us, your order is backed by our 360 Guarantee. However, this guarantee does not apply to purchases made through other retailers. We recommend you contact the retailer directly for return instructions.
