  • Items purchased at titlenine.com can be returned within 60 days from the Ship Date.

  • Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.

  • Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I've been wearing these particular shorts for years. They are my absolute favorites. Since I prefer a more casual loose fit I sized up. But as the other reviews state…I do think they run large. (Larger than the ones I own from previous years.)

Cadet blue is a great color, lighter than navy but not as bright as royal blue. Nice to have cotton for a change, with stretch and with nylon for durability. Ideally I'd like them an inch longer and the leg openings just a tad narrower. I tend to wear 8-10 or medium, and 8 fits great.

I saw these shorts on another random woman in a store and she directed me to Title IX. I'm so glad she did! These shorts are lightweight, true to size, have back pockets and even some extra front pockets. I've worn them every day I can since purchase--even bought 3 other pair! Yay for Title 9!!! I'm so happy!!

I thought I would purchase these shorts before they are discontinued as I am fond of the Big B Brand. (I have skorts in this brand also) Light weight, comfortable, pockets, everything I want in shorts. The deduction of one star was because the waistline is slightly tight even with a thin t shirt tucked in.
