We also send out catalogs for you to view and order our products (the "Catalog") and accept phone orders of products ("Phone Orders"). Our Privacy Notice is an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality service with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our visitors and customers and covers the Site, the Catalog, and Phone Orders. What data does Title Nine collect?


Data You Provide:

We collect personal information that identifies you ("Personal Information") that you provide to us through the Site, such as your:

  • Date of birth;

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. How does Title Nine use and share my personal information?


How We Use Your Information:

Broadly speaking, we use your Personal Information for the purposes for which you provided it, or, in the case of Catalogs, to inform you of our product offerings. If you order a product on the Site or through a Phone Order, or otherwise participate in product reviews, events, contests, or sweepstakes we offer from time to time, we will use your name and contact information to fulfill your needs, including billing and delivery. If you send us an email, we may use your email address and other information you submit to provide customer service to you. If you use the Chat function on our Site, we will use the information you provide to render the service you are requesting.

We may also use your Personal Information or Log Data to administer our internal business activities, such as to design and arrange the Site in the most user-friendly manner and to continually improve the Site to better meet the needs of our customers and prospective customers, to better understand visitors to the Site, to manage your account, to provide customer service, to make available other products and services to our customers and prospective customers, and to prevent and address fraud, breach of policies or terms, and threats of harm.

Note that in all cases we must be able to verify that you are who you say you are, and that gathering such information and replying to requests will take time and may not be immediate. If we can’t provide you with the information you’ve requested within forty-five (45) days, we will let you know and will use best efforts to provide it within the next forty-five (45) days. If you do not want us to keep any personal information on you, you may make such a request by clicking here. As with the other requests you may make, we need to verify your identity before complying with your request for deletion. Additionally, if we delete your information it will impact our ability to process returns of merchandise you may have purchased as we will no longer have a record of the transaction. Accordingly, if you need to return or exchange merchandise you purchased or provided as a gift, please contact Customer Service and handle that transaction prior to requesting that we delete your information. If we can verify your identity, we will delete your information and instruct our service providers who also have your information to delete it as well. Note, however, that we or any service providers will retain a record of the deletion request as required by law and also retain certain information in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: legal obligations, for security purposes, or for other internal record-keeping purposes.
