How can I check on the status of a recent or previous order?

If I can't find an item on your website, does that mean that it's sold out?

Our inventory is always updating. If you are not able to find or select your color and size in a specific item, then yes, that item is sold-out. Reach out to Customer Service for other product suggestions.

How do I know whether a product is in stock, on back-order, or sold out?

On the product page, after selecting your color and size options, the inventory status is displayed above the "Add to Bag" button.

Do I need a Title Nine Account to checkout?

You do not need to create a Title Nine account to checkout, but there are benefits to having an account. To securely save credit cards, billing addresses, and to be able to see your order history, sign up for a Title Nine account, here.

How do I know you received my order?

After you've placed your order online and clicked the "submit" button you will see a screen with your order number confirming that your order has been submitted. You will also immediately receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. If you have any questions about your order, reference your order number and contact us.

Please note that once you have submitted your order to us, you will not be able to access your shopping basket or make changes to your order if you hit the "back" button on your browser.

Does Title Nine ship internationally?

Currently, orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes, APO's, DPO's, and FPO's) and to Canada. Please note, Title Nine is not responsible for customs fees that may apply to Canada shipments.

What forms of payment does Title Nine accept?

You can pay for your order using American Express, VISA, MasterCard, a debit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo, or a Title Nine gift card. Sorry, we do not accept Discover.

Can I use a gift card or T9 Bucks for a web order?

At checkout, at the Payment Step, enter your Title Nine Gift Card number in the Title Nine Gift Card Number field, and select APPLY. If you have a T9 Bucks card with a number on the back, go ahead and enter that number in the Gift Card field during checkout. Please Note, you will also need to enter in a valid credit card regardless of if your Title Nine Gift Card covers the full amount of your order total.

Can I pay with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Gift Card?

Yes! Please note that our system processes that form of payment as a debit card. We advise you to register and hang on to that card until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you return anything that same card will be refunded.
