When you buy from us, we want you to love what you get. So, if for any reason or no reason, you are not happy with your T9 purchase, send it round-trip within a year for an exchange or full refund. No questions. No hassles. No kidding.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you live in the lower 48 United States or the District of Columbia, you can return your item using the preprinted SmartLabel™ on the front of your invoice.

Simply slap the label on and drop your package anywhere that US Postal Service mail is collected. When you use the SmartLabel™ for returns or exchanges, the following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

$7.50 for return of 1 - 2 items
$9.00 for return of 3 or more items

If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with your contact information, reason for the return(s) and any exchange requests.

I prefer to mail my return back on my own. Where should I send it?

If you live outside the continental US, if you're a gift recipient, or if you prefer to mail your returns to us on your own, please send returns to:

If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If you'd prefer a refund we can do that too. It's that simple.

How can I check on the status of my return or exchange?
If you used the preprinted SmartLabel™ to return your purchase to Title Nine, you can check the status of your return or exchange here. If the information you are looking for is not available online you can send us an email, give us a call at 800-342-4448 or chat with us.

How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed?

If you are wondering about the status of a return, don't fret, it can take us up to a week to process after it arrives to us and then a few more days after that for the credit to post.

For an exchange the whole process can take up to 3 weeks. You can speed it up by calling in your exchange order so we can send your new stuff out right away instead of waiting for your package to arrive to us.
