Sweet skirt, but...

"I had to return this super skirt.. It was cute as a skirt, but tying it around the waist , it had to stretch and then it did not fit on top, to wear this as a cute dress. I am a big girl on top and would have been really inappropriate. :("

Comfortable but runs big and works best as a skirt

"Despite the mixed reviews on this dress I decided to go for it since it was on clearance. I would agree with others when they say you need to size down because it does run big. Directions on how to tie the dress up would be nice but without them it leaves room for creativity. I'm a 36C, size 10, I purchased the size medium. I found I could easily slide out of the dress. Wearing it as a skirt works great and the material is very comfortable. However, it was not designed the greatest to tie up as a dress. This will make a great bathing suit cover up but I'm not sure I'd risk wearing it alone if you're planning to be active."
