Senior Designer / Art Director

We have an exciting new position for a Senior Designer / Art Director with expertise in digital. If participating in outdoor sports and fitness is a non-negotiable part of your life, this position might be just what you're looking for.

The Senior Designer/Art Director will join the creative team responsible for delivering the seasonal plan for digital that translates merchandising strategies and the catalog into on-brand digital executions that drive e-commerce results. You will contribute creative ideas that bring to life our scheduled product and content stories in a manner that leverages the strengths of each digital channel — e-commerce, online, social media — and evokes a deep personal connection to our brand. You will also search and re-apply e-commerce best practices from comparable brands in a Title Nine way.


  • Express the brand in a digital world; develop web/tablet/mobile guidelines as needed.
  • Maintain web photography library and provide contact sheets for creative brainstorming.
  • Assist in writing briefs in line with approved seasonal digital plan and deadlines.
  • Design web pages and assets that support seasonal branding and merchandising goals.
  • Design and art direct email including imagery, copy, layouts, subject lines and calls-to-action.
  • Design and art direct online advertising and copy for navigation/landing pages that support SEO.
  • Stay abreast of web and email performance and initiate creative ideas to improve results.
  • Ensure a smooth process that updates model photography each season on display pages.


  • BFA in Graphic Design and relevant portfolio. Your portfolio will include, but is not limited to:
    • Web design and email marketing campaigns
    • Brand editorial: content and feature areas
    • Prospecting and retargeting display advertising
    • Design and branding for social media
    • Photo art direction: on-figure and off-figure
    • Product videos: concept, direct and edit
  • 5-7 years of professional experience; 2-3 in ecommerce (apparel preferred); tablet design a plus.
  • Positive, can-do personality with irreverent sense of humor and love of word play.
  • Ability to thrive and design in fast-changing, high-volume production environment.
  • Thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) social media and all major social platforms.
  • Highly level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other Software Skills a plus.

Lead Web Producer

We're looking for a go-getter, self-starting Lead Web Producer. This position is responsible for the coding (and troubleshooting) of all email marketing campaigns, website homepages, landing pages, gateways and other website collateral. Also responsible for executing seasonal product launches, periodic offers, graphic manipulation and batch image processing. The WP will work within the Title Nine website's E-Commerce platform (Marketlive) to create source codes, manage customer groups, implement graphic assets and manage products uploads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead and implement product and creative launches according to production schedule.
  • HTML coding for all email campaigns, homepages, landing pages, and other website collateral.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
  • Manage, coach and mentor the web production team.
  • Knowledge of how to employ the jQuery library for visual effects, event handling and document manipulation. Knowledge of programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery.
  • Manage processing of product images in Adobe Photoshop
  • Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies
  • Managing customer groups, displays, discounts and offers, web pricing, website content and source codes in the Marketlive E-Commerce platform

What Title Nine needs from you:

  • 3+ years experience in web production and content management
  • Strong technical web production skills; including HTML and XML
  • Fluency in Java, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP

Marketing Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The position is responsible for leading all sales and customer reporting and integrations from our customer database. This includes direct sales reporting, customer growth and retention analysis, integrations between customer database, email provider and web analytics and other marketing database analysis.

Job Specifics:

  • Manage development of our marketing customer database, working with IT and other Title Nine departments and our database vendors to maintain and continue to develop it to support our marketing and companywide analytics needs.
  • Evaluate other database analysis solutions to better measure the impact of digital campaigns on the business.
  • Combine business acumen with analytical results to provide actionable and accurate recommendations for driving sales and acquiring customers.
  • Work with channel marketing managers (email, online, catalog, retail) to identify key metrics and figure out how to develop reports to measure them.
  • Own the development and accuracy of all of our direct sales reporting and forecasting
  • Lead and develop the team of Database Reporting Specialists -- hiring, evaluation and mentoring.
  • Lead the sales planning and roll sales plans out to weekly and daily sales projections based on historical results.
  • Making data user-friendly: setting up on-demand reports that users can run through web (SQL reporting services) and providing clear and helpful descriptions for clarity of what numbers mean.
  • Use knowledge of SQL Server functionality to allow us to use data sources more effectively.
  • Lead Database Marketing team in supporting the integration of our different sources of marketing data to drive sales across all marketing channels of the business (catalog, email, display, social, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy and as needed develop our monthly database updates to support catalog mailings and integrations to digital marketing platforms.

Web Analyst (Google Analytics and Omniture)

We are adding a brand new position to our growing team- Web Analyst (Google Analytics & Omniture).This position is responsible for reporting on T9 E-commerce website and digital marketing campaigns.

What you will do in this job:

  • Pull daily and weekly sales, campaign, and merchandise reports from our web analytics platforms (Omniture, GA)
  • Deliver reporting of key metrics to ecommerce and other marketing managers (email, online, catalog, retail
  • Monitor and report on daily and weekly sales vs. projections from our multi-channel marketing database
  • Run and deliver reports from multiple platforms (SQL, Access, Omniture and Google Analytics) to drive our e-commerce and marketing department analysis.
  • Promotion execution - create source codes coordinating with IT and when applicable TMS (overflow call center), testing, and altering any pricing when applicable (in the product database or in OMS).
  • Provide database reporting support for other departments including merchandising, retail stores, finance, etc.
  • Work closely with web team to analyze usability and key site traffic funnels to identify how customers navigate, identify process bottlenecks, improve site navigation, increase customer satisfaction, optimize conversions, and reduce transaction abandonment.
  • Perform UAT for tasks that involve data flow and validation, for example, data flow validation for custom merchandising projects.
  • Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations and validation for online marketing activities.
  • Work closely with Web Merchant to define and manage test segments and success metrics like button clicked or increased conversion. Execute Test campaigns. Validate data captured working with vendors and internal partners.

GL Accountant

We are on the lookout for a hands-on, experienced GL Accountant. This role will play an important role on the Accounting team. We are looking for a team player with a strong ability to multi-task and work effectively with all organizational levels.
