1) It's a good idea to have 3 bras that you rotate - think one on your body, one in your drawer and one in the wash. This will extend the life of your bras.

2) Hand wash if you can - Wash by hand using cold water and a mild detergent, both of which are more gentle on fabric and help to retain elasticity.

3) Machine wash if you must - We know that not everyone has the time to wash their bras by hand. If you do put your bras in the washing machine, use cold water, the gentlest cycle and place the items in a lingerie bag. Always fasten hooks so that they don’t get caught on anything else.

4) Lay flat to dry - Heat from dryers will wear them out much more quickly, and can warp the elastic. Instead, lay your bras flat (or hang them) to dry.

Finally adjustable straps and back closure with support no more dislocating your shoulders to take it off no more head ache's because straps are too tight and too close together will buy again it's comfy not the greatest support but I love it

Finding a sports bra that provides adequate support and still allows me to breathe comfortably is next to impossible, so I was delighted to find that the Enforcer sports bra checks both of those boxes. It has been great on my past couple of runs, and it has also been good on lifting days. It doesn't provide as much support as the 3 Reasons Bra, but it is pretty dang good. My only real complaint is the tag - it itches like crazy if I don't arrange it just so. Fix that, and you'd have a pretty perfect sports bra.

Bought two more because I liked the first one so much! These aren't pretty, but they provide a lot of support while being comfy enough to wear for a whole day. They also dry quickly, which is great if you will be sweating and then sitting in them. I can also wear them under my work clothes for easy changing into post work workout gear.
