Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, click here to start a return and follow instructions to create a return label and packing invoice. If using our return label, the final refund will have the cost of return postage deducted ($7.50 for up to two items; $9.00 for three or more items).

I got the blue and it's a beautiful, soft sweater. It's a bit boxy, like all sweaters by Krimson Klover, but less boxy than others and the drape of the fabric helps it hang nicely even on folks who can't wear a boxy fit. Soft, flattering, and super cozy.
