Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I've wanted a lighter weight rain jacket for years and finally decided on this one. I have broad shoulders and long arms and was delighted when I tried it on and found the sleeve length to be quite ample. It has a roomy fit so you can throw it on with some layers underneath. I've only tried this in light rain so I can't comment on its limit of protection, but the fabric feels up the job.
