I have a pair of these in red I bought from carve designs in June: they fit perfectly! I love those shorts, so when I saw new colors on sale, I ordered the same size from T9 in green embroidery. The fit on these was so weird- the rise was too short, so they gave me a wedgie, but the legs were too also too wide and flared out and looked silly. Just not the same shorts! I wanted to love them- but sadly returning. So bummed!
