Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.

i wear 4s in all the Carve brand cords, and the shorts are at least a full size smaller in the waist, it's a shame there isn't consistency even in the brand and fabric type

These are by far my favorite shorts and I buy new ones every season. I recently purchased these in a size 8 and 10 because I know the sizing can be off. First of all, they do run small. Secondly, the size 8 and the size 10 fit almost exactly the same. In fact, the size 10 seemed to be a bit smaller than the 8. If you can get the right size, they are great shorts! I have to order them online and it's such a bummer to have to order multiple sizes to get the fit right when I have been buying them for years. They hold up and I get compliments all the time which is why I go through the trouble. But be aware. Also, I usually wear more of a 6-8 so they definitely run on the smaller side.
