Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I wanted to love this! The top part is similar to another dress I have that is one of my faves because I can wear it without a bra (ideal in the summer heat). The armholes on this one were so low and the top kind of loose, so I can't do the same with this one. Also, there is a lot of material in the skirt. That wouldn't have been a dealbreaker for me if the top fit better, but those two things together were enough to make me return it. Too bad, because it's so cute and I wanted to love it sooo bad!

Love the color and texture of this dress. The length was perfect.
I loved the material but the cut was just not right for me. I'm a 36C up top and it fit well. The bottom/skirt was a mystery. So much material with the underskirt! Was bulky and poofy. Plus the print didn't work well with the tiers. I returned it.
