Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I really like the colors of this bucket hat. I will go with any outfit. I didn't rate it a 5 as it would be so helpful if it had an adjustable drawstring to keep the hat on during the windy days.
