I bought the khaki color. They are very a very thin material which is great for summer heat. Not see through. I can barely feel that I have anything on. I love the gathering in the material. I can roll the pant up and it takes up very little space. (fits in a tennis shoe) The 10 fits me I am between 8 and 10 size. I have a little wiggle room. Purchased the size 10 shorts and they were a little snug. The shorts fit more like a true 8, but I can still wear with not problems.

I prefer an elastic waistband for backpacking or when wearing a harness. I wish I would've gotten a small there's more room in the waist than desired. The drawstring helps immensely. My glutes are 8 inches wider than my waist. I have muscular thighs as well. The pants dry quickly as I was drenched with sweat around the waist, upper front and back material. I look forward to wearing them rock climbing to see how they fair with mobility. The material is light and thin, which is great for summer, but I question durability.
I usually don't wear pants in the spring, summer, or early fall, but now that I'm meeting in person more often and otherwise in my office more often, the office environment is really cold. So I needed a pair of cute, lightweight pants to go from the hot outside to the cold inside. These look really nice on and feel comfortable. The Carob color will pair well with my business casual tops and jackets.

I purchased a pair of prAna brand khaki pants with elastic ties at the bottom on May 3 at your Boulder, CO, store while I was visiting for a work trip. I wore them for the first time recently and washed them. The elastic on one leg came out (I can send a picture - it looks ripped). I'm so disappointed!! They did not survive one washing and I don't even have an agitator in my washing machine, so they didn't get caught on anything. These pants were expensive and I purchased them for an upcoming trip to Europe now working with company for a return/refund.
