I bought the small and medium to try both because those are the sizes I am in everything. I am a small in most brands but go for medium when I want more room. I already own a RAB puffy coat in small and wanted more room in my running rain coat for the warm layers underneath, so I got this in a medium too just in case. The small looks great on me, but is super fitted with no room for under layers on the arms. Flattering but not practical. The medium looks baggy on the midsection but gives a little more room in the arms. I do have larger arms than most women (and most runners) because I lift weights but the medium was still tighter than I would've liked in the arms for when I need to wear another long sleeve layer for warmth. But the large would be too boxy. This coat does have a lovely cinch at the bottom to tighten it right up though which is amazing. I live in Oregon and run in all weather, including rain, hail and sun all in the same run. I will keep the medium and I can't wait to see how well it works. Love the bright pink too so I am more visible on the roads. Great coat, just maybe size up for layers.

Perfect for light weather/wind protection and layering. Purchased for travel, day hikes, cycling and cross country skiing. Flattering fit. Pockets perfectly sized and placed for hands and small items, they also zip shut. There is a little brim on the hood which I was not expecting and it is perfect to help keep drizzle off of sport glasses. High quality construction and looks like it will last a long time with proper care.

Waiting for spring weather to wear it.

This jacket has been my favorite for hiking, fishing, going to the gym, grocery shopping, running errands, packing, etc. for years. So I was crushed when it was stolen. I only hoped it could be replaced, since it was purchased quite a while ago. This slightly updated version of the original is PERFECT, and I'm so glad to have found it!!!

I ordered a Medium initally but had to return it because it was tight across the shoulders. I am 5'5'' 145 lbs but broad shouldered. I reordered a Large and am delighted with this jacket in every way. The fit is flattering but roomy and the jacket is beautifully constructed. Very glad I tried sizing up.
