1) It's a good idea to have 3 bras that you rotate - think one on your body, one in your drawer and one in the wash. This will extend the life of your bras.
2) Hand wash if you can - Wash by hand using cold water and a mild detergent, both of which are more gentle on fabric and help to retain elasticity.
3) Machine wash if you must - We know that not everyone has the time to wash their bras by hand. If you do put your bras in the washing machine, use cold water, the gentlest cycle and place the items in a lingerie bag. Always fasten hooks so that they don’t get caught on anything else.
4) Lay flat to dry - Heat from dryers will wear them out much more quickly, and can warp the elastic. Instead, lay your bras flat (or hang them) to dry.

Fits like a very secure bra, keeps the tata's in place when jogging!
I really love the way this bra fits and the comfort level. It doesn't feel too tight or pinch, is flexible and I wear it weekly for workouts. I would definitely buy another one except for the straps- they attach in the back like a bathing suit hook, which has some positives because it will not slip at all. I've had no problem with them slipping out and they usually even stay attached in the wash if you use a bra laundry bag. But to reattach the straps you do have count the notches so they are even! The negative is that there is always this extra end of the strap either hanging out or tucked under- but for me it is hard to reach it to tuck it in as shown in the picture because it hits that one place on the shoulder blade that is hard to reach. All that said gotten used to and still think it is super comfortable but would probably not buy another one.

I use this super supportive bra for yoga, workouts, riding my bike & hiking. It gives a lot of shape, and supports really well. After a while, if I forget to take it off, it gets less comfortable with the underwire pressure; otherwise, excellent!
Needed a bra that provided support during an active exercise class with jumping and arm movement class after breasts popped/slid out bottom during class . After trying on all stock in store, I chose this one and an Anita although I vowed never to wear underwire again. Hate the straps (just learned convertible although not sure makes a difference), have to count slots and slots very hard to see, especially in dark color, afraid they will slip out - end of strap weird - does it go up down while hanging out - both moot point as hanging strap leaves an uncomfortable and highly visible bump AND it pokes out so I duct taped every thing together. Most days This wire digs into ribs for portions of day, and cups/wire project and don't encapsulate breasts. Sad thing is that I have to now wear the two bras for everyday as other daily bras need replacement. I thought it was more supportive but realized bounces quite bit after initially rejecting cus she says so due to extreme bouncing. I like the highrer fabric, but I keep wondering if I'm slipping out bottom or wearing incorrectly, two layers slip around but are thick enough to prevent high beams! I spend a lot of time digging and pulling on bra bands ALL bras. Please make a bra where short nub of fabric at end closure when on biggest closure doesn't dig or cause hooks to dig in due to going over edge! Despite my numerous complaints, it's not as bad as I thought it would be including silky non-scratching material; oddly enough, I don't notice the negatives during class and it's ok during that time, but I wish it was better. I hate bras and bra shopping! Would recommend to a friend as they don't have as many issues with bras and "different strokes for different folks."
I use T-9 sports and semi-sports bras for everyday wear. This has great lift, and is very comfy. But the color is darker and more violet than the photo, and trim's almost black. I picked it for the beautiful color I expected and for wearing (I hoped) under lighter clothes. (But will probably keep it. The alternate color wasn't available in my size)
