I'm usually a 6.5 - 7 in shorts. These were too small.

Winters trails are often wet and muddy where I live so this boot is perfect! I just pull on a warm pair of socks and hit the trails. Great tread allows for secure foothold on steep climbs and descents. My feet never get wet and the blue plaid transforms the whole look so this practical boot looks elegant.

Walk the dogs daily and these boots are so comfortable I can't believe it. It rains a lot and I love not even thinking about my feet in these boots. Would buy them again and again!

Love the look, these boots are super cute. BUT, omg they are the hardest boots to get on! The size is great once I actually cram my foot in, but even when loosening the laces to almost completely 'unlaced' they are still a lot of work to get on. sad

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

These boots run small so be sure to add 1/2 size more than your norm. I was lucky because i did just that and was scared they'd be big. They're sorrel's so that brand runs slender and pettit.
