I have worn this several times, but it is large on top. I have multiple items from this brand and XS usually fits well - in this dress, the top is pretty roomy (I'm a 32C for reference), and I have to wear a tank under it. That aside, the material is light and soft and so comfortable. It's not the most flattering - tent like on my 5'5 frame, but I keep reaching for it when I need something cool and 100% comfortable. Oh, also great for travel - packs up super small and doesn't wrinkle!
Love the fabric and would like to see this dress in an extra-small.

This was my first dress purchase from Title Nine and Toad. What worked: really light material for hot Southwest USsummers, no shelf bra ( don't work for a busty 36DDD), fast drying. I knew that Toad clothing runs big, so I bought my usual Medium and a Small. Sure enough, the Small fit. I am 5'3" tall, 38-30-38, and muscular. Also, the dress is definitely short, a good 3" above my knee. Perfect for over bathing suits or running errands (probably for me over leggings as I am 60+). Great cool dress!! Will buy again.
