Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

These are great pants but they were too big. I'm generally between a size 4 and 6. Toad and Co. tends to run small for me so I sized up to a 6. Unfortunately, they are a bit too big. (I can't return them because my cat got to them first.)

I'm short and I felt these didn't fit me quite right. The material was also stiff, although it probably would have relaxed in time. I wasn't crazy about the color either. So, after thinking about it, I returned them. I want to totally love everything I buy, and while these were ok, I just didn't totally love them.
