Less bounce to the ounce, literally. Our lightest weight five barbell bra for DDs and up. In fact, our larger-breasted tester has forsaken her go-to sports bra and describes it as trading up. That’s also how she describes her new boyfriend. The Trade-Up (we’re talking bra not boyfriend here) supports her like the dickens and yet cools with mesh in all the right spots. She says the two-point closure system is tricky the first time or two, but then it’s a snap. Cushioned straps. By Shock Absorber. 32-40 C, D, DD, E(3D).

1) It's a good idea to have 3 bras that you rotate - think one on your body, one in your drawer and one in the wash. This will extend the life of your bras.

2) Hand wash if you can - Wash by hand using cold water and a mild detergent, both of which are more gentle on fabric and help to retain elasticity.

3) Machine wash if you must - We know that not everyone has the time to wash their bras by hand. If you do put your bras in the washing machine, use cold water, the gentlest cycle and place the items in a lingerie bag. Always fasten hooks so that they don’t get caught on anything else.

4) Lay flat to dry - Heat from dryers will wear them out much more quickly, and can warp the elastic. Instead, lay your bras flat (or hang them) to dry.

I've worn this bra for at least 10 years. This is the bra that I wear primarily for running, but also good for any workout class where they sneak in jumping jacks etc. 57 years old and I think my girls are still up where they belong because of this and The Last Resort bra (which I wore when I was in my 30s and wary 40s).

Have A Couple, But Could Be Better

I am a large 34C in an every day bra. I had to buy this in an E for an appropriate fit/coverage. I also had to buy the 38, but find it snug on the bottom and it rolls up. However, I also have not seen anything else comparable that is sleek, attractive and good for high impact, but I am trying to find an alternative unless they begin making a 40, which I really shouldn't need, but do in this bra.

I Wrestle With A Lot Of Things

I wrestle with the kids, my job, finding the all the essentials at a decent price....but I just don't have it in me to wrestle with my bra. The two-point closure system is tricky like Houdini escaping from a straightjacket. Truly, kudos to the fans of this bra - I just don't have the flexibility.
