Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I'd typically purchase a 10 expecting them to fit looser. I purchased an 8 and still could have gone down to a 6 maybe to fit my hips and butt- although the waistline fit great. Runs big.
Tried on in store and advice of salesperson was to size down from my usual 6 in other T9 styles to a 4. Fit Ok initially but after one wash in cold water, line dry, too snug in waist. May reorder in a 6 so I'd stick to ordering your usual size.

I first bought the 8, because I think it said size down. They fit, but seemed a little snug. So I ordered a 10. They were less snug, but still seemed to pull in the croch area. It seems all title nine shorts are designed for people with little to no butt. I have a full bottom, but it's not that big, but all the shorts seem to pull funny. Like no woman is allowed to have a butt.
