1) It's a good idea to have 3 bras that you rotate - think one on your body, one in your drawer and one in the wash. This will extend the life of your bras.

2) Hand wash if you can - Wash by hand using cold water and a mild detergent, both of which are more gentle on fabric and help to retain elasticity.

3) Machine wash if you must - We know that not everyone has the time to wash their bras by hand. If you do put your bras in the washing machine, use cold water, the gentlest cycle and place the items in a lingerie bag. Always fasten hooks so that they don’t get caught on anything else.

4) Lay flat to dry - Heat from dryers will wear them out much more quickly, and can warp the elastic. Instead, lay your bras flat (or hang them) to dry.

I have this bra in one cup sized larger, and thought the smaller might be a little more supportive so snatched it up when it was on supersede. Like both sizes, appreciate that bra dries quickly and is ventilating. Like most of the Anita brand, the band runs small (I'm normally 1-2 band sizes smaller), so size up!

The band and the straps of the bra fit fine but the cups are too big. That being said I have an athletic build which means for my girls they are on the small side so there is unfillsed space in the cup.

I'm loving this for cycling. The extra airflow from the mesh is great for summer rides. While it doesn't eliminate all bounce, it's supportive enough for riding (though I'm just a commuter and casual cyclist). Since a 36 F didn't exist I went up to a 38 E which seems perfect. The fabric is a little bit textured and mesh-like, rather than soft and buttery, but it's actually very comfortable. I appreciate the 4-hook closure on the back. The band is firm enough that it doesn't roll over, which is rare for me.
