We are a small, Northern California company, woman-run and owned since 1989.
No larger corporation, no outside investors – with the help of our community and our customers we've boot-strapped our way to a band of 300 or so – all committed to the idea of women owning and risking and leading.

Born to provide women with the options they deserve, Wild Rye was built on the belief that better gear for women is both possible and essential. With their collection of mountain-mastering apparel, Cassie takes on the task of building confidence, protecting our play places, and empowering women from the back country to the boardroom - starting with feeling comfortable in our clothes.

Founder, Stream2Sea
“Coral safe” is more than a selling buzzword for Stream2Sea: it’s one they take seriously. So seriously, in fact, that founder Autumn Blum took it further – making a mineral sunscreen safe not only for salt water, but for fresh water (thus the name) and for your SKIN too. You do NOT want to know what she told us about your skin’s absorption rate… but you probably should. What is TrailBlazeHer?
A collaboration between Title Nine and Caraway & Co., TrailBlazeHer helps women-led outdoor brands grow by pairing them with experienced women sales reps.
Who can participate?
TrailBlazeHer is open exclusively to Title Nine Movers & Makers® (women-led brands) who have participated in our Pitchfest Outdoor Edition.
What do brands get out of the program?
Mentorship, sales rep support, wholesale strategy, key introductions, and real traction in the outdoor market.
How are brands selected for the program?
T9 Movers & Makers, having come through T9 Pitchfest Outdoor, were given the opportunity to submit a written application, followed by an interview. Three brands were chosen based on innovation, leadership, and market potential.
How do I become a T9 Mover & Maker?
If you are a female founder in the outdoor industry and you are interested in participating in this program, please fill out our Pitchfest Outdoor application between 5/21 - 7/1, or stay tuned for next year’s application.
How long does the program last?
Each cohort runs for a minimum of 1-year with the option to extend if mutually desired.
What makes TrailBlazeHer different from other mentorship or accelerator programs?
TrailBlazeHer is hands-on, deeply personalized, and rooted in real-world sales experience. It’s built by women in the industry, for women-led brands—and it’s designed to create actual momentum, not just advice.
