orders and returns with Standard Shipping may be delayed up to two weeks in some areas.

Because the health of our Customer Service team is super important to us, we have
temporarily shut down our phone support to keep them working safely from home. You can

Yup! We offer both Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. Just choose what dollar amount you'd like to send and we'll take care of the rest. Gift cards can be used to shop here on the web, in our retail stores or over the phone.

You can use multiple Title Nine gift cards per order online. Simply enter the gift card number(s) during checkout and the balance will be applied to your order. If the gift card balance doesn't cover the full amount of your order you can use a credit card for the rest.
We are unable to accept paper gift certificates online. If you would like to redeem a paper gift certficate or exchange it for a gift card, contact us.
If you have a T9 Bucks card with a number on the back, go ahead and enter that number in the Gift Card field during checkout. If your T9 Bucks certificate doesn't have a number, please complete your order then email us with your order number. We'll apply the T9 Bucks to your order before your card is charged.
Yup! You can select gift boxing for $3 per item. You will be asked to enter a gift message when you check out. We'll wrap your items in colorful tissue and tuck them into a too-beautiful box.
Yes you can! During checkout, simply choose "Ship items in this order to more than one address". On the next page you will be prompted to enter the addresses you would like to ship to. Once you have all the addresses entered, click Continue to choose which items to send to each address.
