KC’s a mom of two (Leo and Bode), a multi-tasking merchant, and the holder of an unofficial PhD in Boob Science. She’s got the genius behind our sand-proof liners and quick-dry cups. As Director of Sourcing & Production, she’s calm under pressure, navigating tariffs and the occasional factory-floor curveball. Friends call her the Salad Queen (yes, she’s got great taste), and she’s the only person we know who can play piano by ear. She once tackled a 14-mile Swiss hike wildly underprepared and still called it “epic.” Retirement plan? Working outdoors—selling lift tickets between powder runs.

Raised among wool and wild things, Jamie learned early how to wrangle fabric—and chilly challenges. (She once got frostbite on a bluebird skiing day because “quitting isn’t in her DNA.) Now a Product Development Specialist at T9, she’s behind the scenes—herding vendors to get the best cost, and turning big ideas into gear that’s ready for anything. Her superpower? A “no hesitation” attitude—unbothered by farm-life hustle, tricky specs, or freezing water.

Melanie’s the kind of Technical Designer who can fine-tune a dress pattern and crank out tricep pushups between fittings. She’s got a woodshop in the garage, an expert eye for fit, and holds the unofficial title of supreme sandwich taste tester. She’s backpacked through Ireland, camped through a monsoon, and overcame scoliosis with strength training (and probably Chex Mix). These days, she’s running the beach with @bruce.the.choco.pit—always in sturdy sneakers, with a claw clip at the ready.
